Company’s Background
BRMS’s is in the business of managing multi projects within the government tendering procurement system. We have identified a need to fill the unemployment sector, through creating a network that will address this problem. South Africa has large number of skilled people that are currently not absorbed into the employment sector and as a country we are struggling to create job opportunities for our people. The tendering system should work as a mechanism that can address this problem.
Our key strengths is mixed set of skills and knowledge, flexibility, mobility, high organisational skills, problem solving, understanding of the diverse markets and changing business environment, adapting to the changing global business market, diversity and integration through innovation, leadership and empowerment.
B.R.M.S. does not perceive itself in isolation to that of its clients and strives for total integration in our clients business, attempting to ascertain buy-in from all levels of staff for communication. B.R.M.S. has a fully operational online/mobile office that is fully equipped with computer software, including a appointed accountant to manage all financial accounts.
All contracting specialists are required to be employed by the project to serve as an active member for time duration of a particular project phase.
