Mental Wellness Support
Unemployment, abuse and violence affects women physically, emotionally and psychologically. Access to therapy counselling in dealing with mental issues, PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression is paramount in assisting women to steadily finding and building themselves to become functional and capable women and mothers.
Sexual and Reproductive Health Education.
This includes women’s rights to control their own bodies and sexuality, without fear of coercion, discrimination and violence. This contributes to women’s overall wellbeing and equality.
Legal Advocacy Services
Free legal assistance including protection orders, divorce proceedings, child custody, and domestic violence cases with professional representation. Acess to information and campaigns that ensure vulnerable women have their rights protected
